The Oklahoma Workforce Commission shall develop annual workforce and industry training for teachers and administrators, with the first training due by August 1, 2026, and updated annually thereafter.

Training shall cover Oklahoma's key industries and workforce shortages as determined by the Oklahoma Workforce Commission, updated annually by August 1, 2027.

Training shall be no more than one hour in duration and delivered as an online video compatible with the State Department of Education's professional learning platform.

All teachers are required to complete the training annually, beginning no later than May 1, 2027.

The State Department of Education shall post the training on its online platform no later than October 30, 2026, and annually thereafter; the act becomes effective July 1, 2025 with an emergency declaration.
