Amends 21 O.S. Section 13.1 to update statutory language and references for 22 serious criminal offenses requiring mandatory minimum sentence requirements.

Requires persons convicted of specified crimes (including murder, rape, robbery, arson, burglary, human trafficking, and crimes against children) to serve at least 85% of their sentence before becoming eligible for parole consideration.

Prohibits convicted offenders from earning credits or receiving any other sentence reductions that would reduce their service time below 85% of the imposed sentence.

Updates terminology, including changing "child pornography" to "sexual abuse material" and "aggravated child pornography" to "aggravated child sexual abuse material."

Effective date: November 1, 2025.
