OK SB780

Creates a new felony offense under Oklahoma law (Title 21, Section 376) for removing or taking down the U.S. flag, standard, colors, or ensign from public or private property without permission and replacing it with another entity's flag.

Defines "flag," "standard," "colors," and "ensign" by reference to existing definitions in Section 372 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes.

Establishes penalties of a fine not to exceed $3,000, imprisonment in the Department of Corrections for not more than three years, or both fine and imprisonment upon conviction.

Takes effect November 1, 2025.
