Schools must provide information to parents and guardians during annual enrollment about all education options available to students within Oklahoma.

Required disclosures include options under the Education Open Transfer Act, Oklahoma Parental Choice Tax Credit Act, Oklahoma Charter Schools Act, and Lindsey Nicole Henry Scholarship for Students with Disabilities Program.

Information must be posted on school district websites throughout the year, updated yearly as new education options become available, and made available in school offices for parents requesting it.

State Department of Education shall develop a statewide document containing all required information for distribution to school districts via website or other means.

Act becomes effective July 1, 2025, with an emergency clause allowing implementation immediately upon passage and approval.
