Enacts the Dietitian Licensure Compact, allowing the Governor to enter into an interstate agreement with other states to facilitate practice of dietetics and improve public access to dietetics services through a "Compact Privilege" that permits licensed dietitians to practice across participating states.

Establishes the Dietitian Licensure Compact Commission as a joint government agency composed of delegates from member states, with powers to adopt rules, manage a data system, and oversee compliance with compact provisions.

Requires applicants for Compact Privilege to hold a valid current Registered Dietitian registration or complete specific education, supervised practice experience (1,000+ hours), and national credentialing exam requirements within five years of application.

Mandates criminal background checks including fingerprint-based FBI checks for dietitian license applicants, with results used solely for screening purposes and retained by the State Board of Medical Licensure.

Becomes effective November 1, 2025, and activates when seven states enact the compact; includes provisions for state withdrawal (180-day notice), dispute resolution, and enforcement mechanisms through federal court proceedings.
