Amends Oklahoma statutes (22 O.S. 2021, Sections 40.3, 60.3, and 60.16) to modify procedures for emergency temporary orders of protection in domestic violence, stalking, harassment, and other abuse cases.

Requires peace officers to attempt service of emergency temporary orders on the subject and complete a return of service when filing petitions with district courts; if service cannot be obtained, petition must be filed the next business day.

Establishes duties for court clerks to receive petitions from peace officers, document assigned hearing dates and times, and issue unserved petitions to the county sheriff's office for priority service.

Modifies victim notification requirements to specify that peace officers must inform victims of the hearing date set by the judge and provide copies of completed orders; officers must return original orders to district court.

Repeals Section 3, Chapter 318, O.S.L. 2022 (relating to Stalking Warning Letter) and becomes effective July 1, 2025, with emergency provisions allowing immediate effect upon passage and approval.
