Amends Oklahoma statute of limitations for sexual crimes against children, allowing prosecutions to be commenced by the victim's 45th birthday or at any time, and for adult victims within 20 years of discovery.

Removes time limitation restriction for prosecutions of sexual crimes against children if physical DNA evidence is collected and preserved, or if probable cause is established through DNA profile match, or if the accused provides a confession.

Makes changes retroactively applicable to any offense not time-barred as of the effective date of the act.

Becomes effective November 1, 2025.
