• Allows donors or their legal representatives to file complaints in court within 6 years of discovery for breach of endowment agreements, with 90 days' notice required before filing.

• Requires charitable organizations unable to fulfill endowment agreement terms to notify the donor within 30 days in advance and offer an alternative solution that closely matches the original term.

• Courts may order remedies consistent with charitable purposes if a violation is found, but cannot order return of donated funds to donors.

• Effective November 1, 2025.
