Increases the daily reimbursement rate from the Department of Corrections to counties for retaining state inmates from $27.00 to $32.00 per day

Counties with actual daily costs exceeding $32.00 may submit documentation to the Department by September 30 to request a higher reimbursement rate for the following fiscal year

If the Department rejects a county's cost application, the State Auditor and Inspector determines the reimbursement rate

Removes obsolete language referencing FY-2019 implementation requirements

Effective date: November 1, 2025
