Amends Oklahoma's social studies curriculum requirements to mandate inclusion of information about the original intent of the founding fathers when constructing the U.S. Constitution in the United States history component.

Requires teachers to include primary sources from the founding era and specific quotes from founding fathers (including John Adams, George Washington, Benjamin Franklin, Patrick Henry, and others) about the United States's Christian heritage, the influence of the Ten Commandments and the Bible on founding documents, presented objectively as part of secular education.

Mandates 14 specific historical quotes be included in curriculum materials, with quotes from figures such as John Adams, Samuel Adams, Charles Carroll, Daniel Webster, Noah Webster, Thomas Jefferson, Patrick Henry, John Jay, Benjamin Rush, and Joseph Story.

Requires the State Textbook Committee to incorporate these provisions into criteria for evaluating and adopting United States history and Oklahoma history textbooks purchased with state funds.

Takes effect July 1, 2025, with an emergency declaration allowing immediate implementation upon passage and approval.
