Changes display of national mottos "E PLURIBUS UNUM" and "IN GOD WE TRUST" from optional ("may") to mandatory ("shall") in Oklahoma public school classrooms, auditoriums, and cafeterias.

Requires school districts to permit principals and teachers to use grade-level-appropriate excerpts from historical founding documents including the Declaration of Independence, U.S. and Oklahoma Constitutions, Federalist Papers, Pledge of Allegiance, presidential speeches, and Supreme Court decisions.

Prohibits school districts from limiting instruction in American or Oklahoma state history based on religious references in these documents and materials.

Specifies all such materials must be used for educational purposes only and not to establish or promote any religion.

Becomes effective July 1, 2025, with emergency provisions allowing immediate effect upon passage and approval.
