Amends 21 O.S. 2021, Section 1277 regarding unlawful carry of firearms in certain places, with an effective date of November 1, 2025

Adds outdoor recreational property maintained by colleges, universities, or technology centers to the list of locations where firearms may be lawfully carried

Updates statutory references from "Section 1750.1 et seq. of Title 59" to "the Oklahoma Security Guard and Private Investigator Act" for armed security guard licensing requirements

Makes technical language updates, including changing "minimum-security" to "minimum security" and "said" to "the" throughout the statute

Removes the prefatory phrase "Notwithstanding paragraph 3 of subsection A of this section" from the provision allowing school boards to authorize armed personnel on school property
