Amends 74 O.S. 2021, Section 150.3 to modify the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation Commission member appointment and term structure.

Changes member terms from staggered initial appointments (1-7 years) to uniform two (2) year terms for all members, with eligibility to serve multiple consecutive terms.

Removes requirement for Senate confirmation of all Commission members; retains specific appointment authority for representatives from Oklahoma Association of Chiefs of Police, Oklahoma Sheriffs' Association, District Attorneys Council, Attorney General, Governor, President Pro Tempore of Senate, and Speaker of House.

Eliminates language requiring successor appointments to be "confirmed by the Senate" while maintaining that each member continues serving until a qualified successor is appointed.

Becomes effective November 1, 2025.
