Establishes the "Oklahoma Public Safety and Immigration Enforcement Act" and requires the Office of Management and Enterprise Services to develop and implement a Secure Interagency Collaboration Platform for data sharing among state law enforcement agencies, the Department of Corrections, and federal immigration authorities including ICE.

Requires the platform to integrate existing databases for tracking individuals, provide automated alerts when unauthorized immigrants are identified, include advanced security measures, and offer case management tools to track status from arrest to deportation proceedings.

Mandates law enforcement agencies report arrests of suspected unauthorized immigrants to the Department of Corrections and federal immigration authorities through the platform and provide biometric data for identification and status verification.

Requires the Department of Corrections to screen individuals entering state correctional facilities to identify unauthorized immigrants and notify federal immigration authorities of confirmed cases.

Authorizes administrative penalties for agencies failing to comply with reporting and collaboration requirements and permits the Department of Corrections and Office of Management and Enterprise Services to seek federal grants for implementation; effective July 1, 2025, with emergency clause for immediate effect.
