Adds a new statute of limitations for civil actions based on intentional conduct for sexual assault injuries, with a 4-year timeframe measured from either when the injured person leaves the abuser's dependency or from discovery of both the injury and its causal relationship to the abuse, whichever occurs later.

Applies to actions brought under Section 142.20 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes (sexual assault definition).

Amends 12 O.S. 2021, Section 95, which establishes various limitation periods for different types of civil actions in Oklahoma.

Becomes effective November 1, 2025.
