Prohibits the Office of Management and Enterprise Services from promoting or marketing other forms of insurance in conjunction with the Risk Management Program for firefighting entities

Updates statutory language by changing "fire fighting" to "firefighting" throughout the existing statute

Maintains existing Risk Management Program provisions allowing insurance coverage for vehicles, vessels, aircraft, buildings, and liability coverage for fire protection districts, volunteer/full-time fire departments, municipal fire departments, and rural fire coordinators

Effective date: November 1, 2025
