Increases maximum membership of the Advisory Committee on Medical Care for Public Assistance Recipients from 15 to 16 members by adding a representative from a contracted entity or health plan association.

Adds a seventh member category representing contracted entities as defined in Section 4002.2 of Title 56 of the Oklahoma Statutes or a health plan association representing multiple such entities.

Updates statutory language for clarity, including changing "vice-chair" formatting and "one-year terms" phrasing throughout the section.

Maintains existing requirements for committee composition including physicians from six classes, consumer group representatives, state agency directors, pediatrician representative, and federally recognized tribal member.

Becomes effective November 1, 2025.
