Amends 59 O.S. 2021, Section 353.18A to establish a pharmacy technician-to-pharmacist staffing ratio of no more than four pharmacy technicians for every one licensed pharmacist in licensed retail pharmacies.

Updates statutory language regarding pharmacy technician permits, including standardizing terminology from "cancelled" to "canceled" throughout the statute.

Maintains the pharmacy technician permit fee at not to exceed $75.00 per year, with provisions for late fees and reinstatement fees to be set by the State Board of Pharmacy.

Requires pharmacy technicians to obtain and renew permits from the State Board of Pharmacy, with permits valid for periods determined by the Board and cancellation occurring 30 days after expiration if not renewed.

Effective date: November 1, 2025.
