Reduces the number of physician names submitted by the Oklahoma State Medical Association from six to three for selection of three physicians to the Medicaid Drug Utilization Review Board.

Changes the name of the pharmacist selection entity from "Oklahoma Pharmaceutical Pharmacists Association" to "Oklahoma Pharmacists Association."

Updates statutory language by replacing "the State of Oklahoma" with "this state" for the pharmaceutical industry representative member requirement.

Corrects the title of the board leadership position from "vice-chair" to "vice chair" (two words).

Becomes effective November 1, 2025.
