Amends 60 O.S. 2021, Section 333 regarding title by prescription for real property.

Prohibits a person from establishing title to land through adverse possession if the property owner paid and discharged all taxes and assessments due on the land during the period of adverse possession.

Preserves the general rule that occupancy for the prescribed period under state law confers title by prescription sufficient against all persons.

Becomes effective November 1, 2025.
