Amends the Highway Advertising Control Act of 1972 by renumbering and updating 17 existing definitions and adding one new definition to Section 1273 of Title 69 O.S. 2021.

Changes definition references from letters (a-w) to numbers (1-23) and converts subsection language from semicolons to periods for standardization.

Adds new definition 24 for "Playground" as an outdoor space with permanently affixed playground equipment primarily for children's use, excluding accessory uses at commercial enterprises or residential properties.

Updates language throughout to replace "State of Oklahoma" with "this state" for brevity and consistency.

Becomes effective November 1, 2025.
