Creates the "Oklahoma Local Food for Schools" program administered by the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry to facilitate school districts' purchase of local foods.

Authorizes the Department to provide reimbursement to school districts for local food costs and encourages partnerships between school districts and local producers and meat processors.

Establishes the "Oklahoma Local Food for Schools Revolving Fund" in the State Treasury as a continuing fund not subject to fiscal year limitations, funded through legislative appropriations.

Permits the Department to expend revolving fund monies for program purposes through warrants issued by the State Treasurer upon claims approved by the Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services.

Authorizes the Department to promulgate rules necessary for program implementation; act becomes effective November 1, 2025.
