Proclaims April 23, 2025, as the 26th Annual Oklahoma 4-H Day at the Capitol to celebrate youth development and community impact.

Recognizes 4-H as the youth development component of Oklahoma State University and Langston University Extension programs serving ages 5 to 19.

Highlights that 4-H reaches more than 180,000 participants annually through membership, project clubs, and school enrichment programs in STEM, civic engagement, healthy living, agriculture, and other areas.

Notes that nearly 1,200 adult volunteer leaders and youth volunteers contribute more than 100,000 volunteer hours annually, with 4-H participants four times more likely to contribute to their communities.

Celebrates 4-H members' motto "To Make the Best Better" and their commitment to improving Oklahoma communities through project work and service learning activities.
