Approves all proposed permanent rules filed on or before February 1, 2025, by 19 state agencies including the Oklahoma Abstractors Board, Accountancy Board, ABLE Commission, Department of Commerce, State Election Board, Insurance Department, Department of Labor, Oklahoma Lottery Commission, and others.

Disapproves specific amendments to Oklahoma Department of Securities rules 660:2-11-5 and 660:2-11-6, subsection (d), and restores previous rule language.

Disapproves specific amendments to Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority rules 442:10-7-1 and 442:10-7-2 regarding language after the word "ounces".

Disapproves portions of Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority rule 442:10-8-1, including division (i) after the word "required" and divisions (ii) and (iii) of a specific subsection.

Directs the Secretary of State to distribute copies of the resolution to the Governor and the editor of "The Oklahoma Register".
