OK SJR22

Approves all proposed permanent rules submitted on or before February 1, 2025, by six state education agencies: State Department of Education, Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education, Oklahoma Department of Career and Technology Education, Statewide Charter School Board, Office of Educational Quality and Accountability, and Oklahoma Commission for Teacher Preparation.

Disapproves six specific rule amendments and restores previous rule language: 210:1-1-6 (subsection a), 210:1-3-11 (paragraph 4 of subsection c), 210:1-5-3 (paragraph 3 of subsection a), 210:10-1-5 (paragraphs 4-7 of subsection d), 210:10-1-18 (specific language in paragraph 4 of subsection d), and 210:20-13-1 (subsection c).

Directs the Secretary of State to distribute copies of the resolution to the Governor, State Department of Education, and the editor of "The Oklahoma Register".
