OK SJR4

Directs the Secretary of State to refer a proposed amendment to Section 5 of Article II of the Oklahoma Constitution to voters for approval or rejection.

Modifies the constitutional prohibition on public money to specify that funds cannot be used for "direct financial" support or benefit of any sect, church, denomination, religious system, religious clergy, or sectarian institution.

Removes the blanket prohibition on direct or indirect support, limiting the restriction to direct financial support only.

Establishes ballot title describing the measure as modifying the prohibition on public money for sectarian or religious support to apply only to direct financial support or benefit.

Requires the Senate President Pro Tempore to file one copy of the resolution with the Secretary of State and one copy with the Attorney General immediately after passage.
