OK SJR6

Directs the Secretary of State to submit to Oklahoma voters for approval the repeal of Section 3 of Article VII-B of the Oklahoma Constitution, which establishes the Judicial Nominating Commission.

Amends Sections 1, 2, and 4 of Article VII-B to replace the Judicial Nominating Commission process with gubernatorial nomination of Supreme Court Justices and Appellate Court Judges, subject to Senate confirmation.

Requires judicial officers appointed or retained after the resolution's effective date to serve during good behavior with compensation that cannot be diminished during their tenure.

Allows the Governor to call a special legislative session for Senate confirmation of judicial nominations if the Senate is not in regular session.

Makes language gender-neutral throughout the constitutional article and updates terminology from "Section" to "Article" designations.
