Creates "Lauria and Ashley's Law" adding accessory to first degree murder and accessory to second degree murder to Oklahoma's list of 85% crimes requiring offenders to serve at least 85% of their sentence before parole eligibility

Persons convicted of accessory to murder will not be eligible for earned credits or other credits that would reduce their sentence below 85% of the imposed term

Amends 21 O.S. Section 13.1, which already includes 22 serious offenses such as first and second degree murder, first degree rape, child sex trafficking, human trafficking, and robbery with a dangerous weapon

Effective date is November 1, 2025
