Creates a new misdemeanor offense for assault, battery, or assault and battery committed with intent to do bodily harm upon security officers, private investigators, or bail enforcers who are lawfully performing their duties

Penalties include up to 1 year imprisonment in county jail, a fine up to $1,000, or both

Protected individuals must be currently licensed by Oklahoma (armed or unarmed) and wearing identifiable uniforms, badges, or distinctive clothing at the time of the incident

Applies only when the offense occurs without justifiable or excusable cause
