Extends the Oklahoma Funeral Board's termination date from July 1, 2024 to July 1, 2026 under the Oklahoma Sunset Law

Re-creates the seven-member board appointed by the Governor, with members serving five-year terms and limited to two consecutive terms

Requires five board members to be licensed embalmers and funeral directors with at least seven consecutive years of active practice in Oklahoma

Reserves two board positions for general public members who have no financial interest in the funeral industry, with preference for one to be a licensed health care professional
