Extends the termination date of the Oklahoma Archives and Records Commission from July 1, 2025 to July 1, 2028 under the Oklahoma Sunset Law

Commission membership includes a Governor-appointed Chairman, the State Librarian as Vice Chairman and Secretary, the Lieutenant Governor, State Auditor and Inspector, and State Treasurer

Commission holds sole and exclusive authority over disposition of all public records and archives of state officers, departments, boards, commissions, agencies, and institutions

Authority does not extend to records of political subdivisions or confidential records and files of the Oklahoma Tax Commission
