Extends the termination date of the Capitol-Medical Center Improvement and Zoning Commission from July 1, 2025 to July 1, 2030 under the Oklahoma Sunset Law

Commission consists of 11 members including the Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services (who serves as chair), representatives from state agencies, and appointees from the Governor, Senate President Pro Tempore, and House Speaker

Governor-appointed members serve four-year staggered terms with Senate confirmation, with one term expiring January 31 of each even-numbered year

At least one legislative appointee must reside within the Capitol-Medical Center Improvement and Zoning District boundaries
