Extends the termination date of the State Board of Licensed Social Workers from July 1, 2025 to July 1, 2026 under Oklahoma's Sunset Law

Re-creates the seven-member board, which consists of three licensed social workers or licensed clinical social workers, two social work associates or master's social workers, one president of the Oklahoma Chapter of the National Association of Social Workers, and one public member

Board members who are social workers must be state residents, licensed in good standing, have practiced social work at least one year out of the last five years, and have at least three years of experience

Public member must be a state resident who has never been a social work licensee, spouse of a licensee, or had any financial interest in social work services
