Extends the termination date of the Long-Term Care Facility Advisory Council from July 1, 2025 to July 1, 2026 under the Oklahoma Sunset Law

The 13-member Council is appointed by the Governor to advise the State Commissioner of Health on long-term care facilities including nursing homes, residential care homes, and adult day care facilities

Council membership includes representatives from Oklahoma Health Care Authority, Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services, Department of Human Services, plus healthcare professionals and facility operators

Three public members over age 65 are required, including two with no long-term care professional work history and one who advocates for individuals receiving long-term care services

The Council meets at least quarterly to review quality of services, make recommendations, and evaluate standards for facilities under the Nursing Home Care Act, Residential Care Act, and Adult Day Care Act
