Amends Oklahoma law (21 O.S. Section 1283) to prohibit persons convicted of misdemeanor or felony domestic violence offenses from using, purchasing, or possessing firearms

Prohibition applies to firearms in the convicted person's possession, immediate control, vehicle (including as a passenger), or residence

Covered weapons include pistols, imitation or homemade pistols, altered air or toy pistols, machine guns, sawed-off shotguns or rifles, and any other dangerous or deadly firearm

Applies to domestic violence convictions from Oklahoma, other states, or federal courts

Effective date: November 1, 2025
