Amends Oklahoma child custody law to establish a rebuttable presumption that joint custody with equally shared parenting time is in the best interest of the child, which can be overcome by a preponderance of evidence

Creates a rebuttable presumption against granting custody to parents who are perpetrators of child abuse, domestic violence, stalking, or harassment, or who are registered sex or violent crime offenders

Expands the definition of domestic violence to include coercive control involving physical, sexual, psychological, emotional, economic, or financial abuse

Protects parents who relocate or are absent due to domestic violence by prohibiting courts from weighing that factor against them in custody or visitation decisions

Effective date: November 1, 2025
