Expands the teacher minimum salary schedule to include years 26-35 of experience, with salaries ranging from $56,542 (Bachelor's, 26 years) to $65,319 (Doctor's, 35 years)

Beginning with 2026-2027, limits virtual instruction days that count toward required school time to 2 days or 12 hours per year, only during Governor-declared emergencies and with an approved virtual instruction plan

Requires school districts and charter schools to submit virtual instruction plans to the Superintendent of Public Instruction by November 1, 2025, addressing technology infrastructure, IEP student services, child nutrition, and transportation

Removes prior requirements for school districts to pay above-minimum salary amounts and for the State Board of Education to allocate funds for certain salary increases
