Removes the prior exception allowing hunting guns or knives in privately owned vehicles on school property solely for student drop-off/pick-up purposes

Permits firearms to be carried in privately owned motor vehicles onto school parking areas under the Oklahoma Self-Defense Act, provided the firearm is stored hidden and locked when the vehicle is left unattended

Allows firearms and knives for approved school activities including hunter education courses, shooting competitions, team shooting programs, and living history reenactments with principal approval

Grants private schools immunity from liability (except for gross negligence or willful misconduct) when they adopt policies allowing licensed individuals to carry firearms on their property
