Moves school board general elections from the first Tuesday in April to the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November of each even-numbered year, aligning them with general election cycles

Changes school board primary elections from the second Tuesday in February to the third Tuesday in June of even-numbered years

Extends board member terms from 3-5 years to 4 years for all school district types (elementary, independent five-member, and seven-member boards)

Establishes new staggered term schedules starting in 2026, 2028, and 2030 for board positions to transition to the new election cycle
