Oklahoma Liquefied Petroleum Gas Board gains authority to investigate LPG accidents and fires statewide, with mandatory notification from the State Fire Marshal, county sheriffs, and fire chiefs within 1 business day of any incident

Removes the "chief deputy administrator" position from the LPG Administration structure, leaving only the Administrator, deputy administrators, and safety code enforcement officers

Board meetings must now comply with the Oklahoma Open Meeting Act, and the Administration may lease, purchase, and maintain vehicles for employee use

Adds two new permit classes (Class V - Miscellaneous Permits and Class VI - DOT Cylinder and/or LPG Motor Fuel Station) and establishes a flat annual fee for cylinder exchange cabinet locations

Requires safety code enforcement officers to obtain CLEET (Council on Law Enforcement Education and Training) certification before receiving peace officer authority; effective November 1, 2025
