Amends Oklahoma law to explicitly exclude emotional support animals and therapy animals from the definition of "service animal" under public accommodation rules

Public accommodations may prohibit all animals except service animals and must post signage at entrances indicating which animals are prohibited while noting service animals are permitted

Creates a misdemeanor offense for any person who is not disabled or trained to assist disabled individuals to use a service animal to gain treatment or benefits as a disabled person

Makes it a misdemeanor to knowingly present any animal or therapy animal as a service animal or intentionally misrepresent entitlement to a qualified service animal to obtain disability-related rights or privileges
