Oklahoma citizens have the right to grow vegetables, produce, flowers, herbs, fungi, or grains in a garden on their residential property for personal consumption, subject to restrictions rationally related to a governmental purpose

Applies to residential properties with dwelling units accommodating four or fewer households, limited to a person's primary residence

Gardens must be for personal consumption and enjoyment only, not for resale or distribution

Municipalities may still enact content-neutral ordinances regulating garden size, proximity to roadways and structures, water usage during droughts, fertilizer use, and invasive species control
