Recognizes gold and silver coins issued by the U.S. government and other court-approved specie as legal tender in Oklahoma for payment of debts and taxes

Defines "specie" as coins with gold or silver content, or refined gold/silver bullion that is stamped with its weight and valued primarily by metal content

Exempts specie and legal tender from being classified as personal property for taxation or regulatory purposes, and eliminates tax liability on exchanges between forms of legal tender or on purchases/sales of specie

Requires Oklahoma courts to order specific performance of specie payment when contracts expressly designate a type of specie as tender and a breach occurs

Assigns enforcement authority to the Office of the Attorney General while preserving private rights of action; effective November 1, 2025
