Prohibits engaging in "adult performances" containing obscene material on public property or in public places where minors may be exposed as part of the general public

Prohibits political subdivisions from allowing, permitting, organizing, or authorizing such performances where minors could view them

Exempts venues that use an admissions process or restrict minors from entering the area

Violations constitute a misdemeanor punishable by up to 1 year in county jail, a fine of $500 to $1,000, or both

Preempts any conflicting local ordinances, regulations, or licenses previously issued by political subdivisions; declared an emergency measure taking effect immediately upon passage
