Authorizes persons 21 years or older to carry concealed handguns at polling places during state, county, or municipal elections; persons 18-20 may carry if they are current or former members of the U.S. Armed Forces, Reserves, or National Guard with honorable discharge

Creates an exception to the prohibition on firearms at polling places located on public school property, allowing concealed handgun carry during elections by eligible persons

Grants immunity to the state, political subdivisions, and their officers, agents, and employees from liability arising from any action or misconduct with a handgun committed by persons authorized to carry at polling places

Amends four sections of Oklahoma law: 21 O.S. 2021 Sections 1272, 1277, 1280.1, and 1290.24
