Amends Oklahoma's adulterated food law (63 O.S. 2021, Section 1-1109) to prohibit six specific synthetic food dyes: Red Dye 3, Red Dye 40, Yellow Dye 5, Yellow Dye 6, Blue Dye 1, and Blue Dye 2

Classifies these six food dyes as "unsafe" food additives for any particular use or intended use in Oklahoma

Reorganizes and updates statutory references within the existing adulterated food statute without changing other adulteration criteria

Effective date of November 1, 2025
