Allows absentee voters to cast an in-person provisional ballot on election day at their assigned polling place or at an in-person absentee voting site in their county

Permits provisional voting when an absentee ballot has not been received by the county election board by election day, with the provisional ballot counted only if the absentee ballot is confirmed never received by the deadline

Permits provisional voting when an absentee voter received a rejection notice on or before election day, with the provisional ballot counted only if the rejection is confirmed

Amends 26 O.S. 2021, Section 7-116.1 and creates new Section 14-134.1 of Title 26 in Oklahoma Statutes
