Amends Oklahoma law to expand exceptions for licensed bail enforcers from first-degree burglary charges when breaking into dwellings, removing the previous limitation that applied only to felony defendants

Licensed bail enforcers may forcibly enter a dwelling to recover any defendant (not just felony defendants) if they have first-hand knowledge the defendant entered during pursuit, is present inside, or have knowledge beyond reasonable doubt of the defendant's presence, and the defendant refuses to surrender after reasonable request

Preserves the right of dwelling occupants and owners to defend against forced entry, including use of firearms as authorized by law, with immunity from liability for injury to anyone forcing entry

Property owners may seek civil damages for property damage resulting from a bail enforcer's forced entry
