Expands Oklahoma's nonconsensual dissemination of private sexual images law to include AI-generated "deepfake" sexual depictions, making it illegal to share artificially generated sexual images of a person without consent with intent to harass, threaten, or cause harm

Adds statutory definitions for "artificial intelligence," "generative artificial intelligence," "artificially generated sexual depiction," and "visual depiction" to address technology-facilitated image abuse

Establishes penalties: misdemeanor with up to 1 year jail and/or $1,000 fine for basic violations; felony with up to 5 years imprisonment if the offender gains property or value from the offense; up to 10 years for second offenses or disseminating 3+ images within 6 months

Requires sex offender registration for second or subsequent felony violations involving financial gain from dissemination or threatened dissemination
