Establishes the Oklahoma Funeral Directors Examination and Oklahoma Embalmers Examination as state-specific alternatives to the International Conference of Funeral Service Examining Board national exams for licensure

Applicants must score 75 or higher on relevant examinations, whether taking national board exams or the new Oklahoma-specific exams

Maintains existing requirements including minimum age of 18, Oklahoma residency, U.S. citizenship or permanent residency, graduation from an ABFSE-accredited mortuary science program, and one year as a registered apprentice

Preserves alternative licensing pathways allowing separate funeral director-only or embalmer-only licenses with at least 30 semester hours of specialized coursework and 12-month apprenticeships
